Lucas wouldn't recommend this product to a friendI had a RKL temp probe fail on me recently within six months of it coming out of the box (which led to a semi-tank-crash). While I think the RKL in general is a great value, these probes are not the most reliable, and I have concerns about salt creep affecting accuracy, even on a short term basis. I bought another one because they are a good price, but I'll be exploring more reliable alternatives. -
Great temp probe By Brian on 12/20/11
Brian would recommend this product to a friendGreat for keeping accurate temps in the tank. The only bad comment that i would make is that the temp probe only seems to last 1 year. I purchased the reefkeeper about a little over a year ago and the temp started reading crazy numbers like over 100 degrees. Ordered another temp probe and everything seems to be working great now. -

Christopher Kosak would recommend this product to a friendI have used my reefkeeper lite specifically for temp control and light timers. I switched from the pinpoint monitor for temp to this and I will NEVER go back. This product is very accurate and stable! No more worrys about temp after you set this up!
