The Reservoir

The reservoirs come with a lovely polished acrylic that is relatively sleek and aesthetically pleasing. Each container comes with lids that showcase their fine craftsmanship. The push connect fittings allow easier removal of the reservoirs, and it is relatively easy to set up and plug into your Neptune Systems DOS pump with a single cable. In addition, maintenance is relatively easy for the reservoir; all you have to do is ensure the optical sensor is clean of debris and remove any film built on it.

In The Box

You'll find one DDR DOS Dual Reservoir with sensors and cables in the box that will easily connect directly to your DOS dosing system. It comes ready with 4 meters of tubing and a quick start guide.

Dimensions

The dimensions of the reservoir are 8.5" x 5.5" x 10.5" (LxWxH) and built with the hobbyist in mind utilizing cast acrylic for a sleek and clean look. Each container holds approximately two liters of liquid, resulting in a total of four liters that can last an average reefer roughly about one month of two-part dosing liquid or some form of additive that you'd like to dose. The lid on top of the reservoir measures approximately 3.75" inches in diameter for easy and convenient refills. Each container has its own ridged straws installed with optical sensors mounted by built-in brackets. Conveniently located at the 15% mark in the event you run low on liquid. The dosing container has markings on the side of the container to accurately estimate how much liquid is in the reservoir. It becomes helpful when refilling and adjusting the volume in Fusion.

Setup

The DDR is nearly easy to install. The cord plugs directly into the six-pin port on the side of the Neptune Systems DOS Dosing and Fluid Metering System. In Fusion, you'll have a title allocated for the DDR.
