What is an Open Box Item?

Open box products have been inspected by our returns department to verify that all items are in a like new condition. In most cases, open box items have gently used for demonstrations or testing on BRStv, or returned from a fellow reefer. Most items just have a broken seal, slight tears in the exterior packaging, or slight blemishes on the product itself. We make every effort to look for any indications that an item may be defective, damaged, or inoperable.
