If you make a mistake, it’s no big deal. The frame can be taken apart and adjusted without ruining any of the components. Once assembled, the lid sits just inside the aquarium with integrated tabs resting on the tank’s edge.

Will the Flipper Invisi-Lid Fit Your Aquarium?
The Invisi-Lid is designed to fit a variety of popular aquariums, including many models from HelloReef, Innovative Marine, JBJ, Waterbox, and Red Sea. It can also work with plenty of other tanks, provided the aquarium falls within the lid kit’s sizing limits.
To check compatibility, measure the aquarium’s external length and width. Add the length and width together, then multiply that number by two. If the resulting perimeter is less than 64 inches, the Invisi-Lid should work with your aquarium.

Be sure to use the tank’s external dimensions rather than its listed gallon capacity, since aquariums with the same volume can have very different footprints.
No Spline Tool Required
Attaching mesh is usually one of the most frustrating parts of building a traditional DIY aquarium lid. The mesh needs to remain tight and even while spline is pressed into the frame, and one wrong move can wrinkle or tear the material.
The Invisi-Lid replaces that process with a simple peg system. Stretch the included mesh across the frame and use the small pegs to hold it in position. You can work your way around the lid, adjusting the tension until the mesh sits evenly across the entire frame.
If one section doesn’t look right, simply loosen a few pegs and try again. There’s no need to pull out spline or restart the entire assembly.
Almost Completely Tool-Free
Once the frame is assembled and the mesh is secured, all that’s left is trimming away the excess material. You’ll need a common household pair of scissors, but that’s the only tool required for the entire project.
No saw. No drill. No spline roller. No complicated measuring and cutting.
Just snap the frame together, secure the mesh, trim the edges, and place the completed lid on your aquarium.
