Bill would recommend this product to a friendThe 2 pods that come with are more than enough light on my 55DT. Still messing with getting the settings and intensity right. It looks awesome at full intensity, but I don't think my clowns enjoy it, its actually to much light. Didn't get 5 stars because I would have liked a little more cable for proper routing and the plugs from the lights into the MLC unit are loose and have to be played with sometimes to get the pods to turn on. -

John would recommend this product to a friendThis has been a great addition to my reef. I have the white LEDs On my 5 foot long tank, and at night my tank looks stunning. The LEDs change intensity to mimic the actual current moon phase in the lunar cycle. I am able to see things going on in the tank at night without disturbing things with a flashlight. Programming the module into my reef keeper lite took all of 5 minutes. Just be sure you have the 2.0 plus firmware. -

Tmeade would recommend this product to a friendI had a difficult time deciding between the blue or white leds as most people I know have the blue and they were out of stock. I'm very pleased with the white lights. They cast a natural light in my tank at night. I have them over a 110 tall at 50% and the intensity is perfect. Nice shimmer effect on the sand in the bottom of my tank. I've had them installed for about 6 nights now - just coming off a full moon at time of installation. It will be interesting to see the changes in light intensity based on the lunar cycle changes. Great addition to my RKL for the money. -

Erik would recommend this product to a friendI added these to my RKL. I'm often up fairly late and wanted to be able to watch my fish while doing work or watching TV. The blue LED's are more than bright enough. I'm only using the included two modules to light a 84 gallon tank. The options allow the brightness to be scaled back if I decide later that they're too bright. -

Patrick would recommend this product to a friendI've seen a few reviews for this module around which seem to indicate that the lighting that these produce is not sufficient to be used to supplement your current tank lighting... which is right! These are moonlights, and good, high quality ones at that! :) I love them, and I'm sure you will too!
