ATTENTION: Maintain the life of your pump.
99% of all pump failures and broken impellers are caused by foreign objects (snails, sand, gravel, hermit crabs, etc.) entering the pump housing. Pumps damaged by foreign objects are NOT covered under any warranty and are expensive to fix or replace. To prevent damage to your pump, we suggest using a bulkhead strainer on the intake bulkhead to reduce the possibility of a foreign object entering the pump. A variety of strainers from 1/2” to 2” are available at BulkReefSupply.com.

Long Haul Pump By GYo on 2/14/2019
GYo would recommend this product to a friendI've had two of these pumps running my tank and my skimmer 24/7 for the last 11 years. That's 96,000 hours without a hiccup. -
Good value By Chris on 12/6/2016
Chris would recommend this product to a friendI've had a few PanWorld pumps over the years and my experience with this pump has been the same as in the past...quiet (for an external pump), well built, no issues. I use this for a saltwater mixing/transfer setup for water changes. IMO PanWorld pumps are an excellent value. -
Good Pump , wish it had more head By Mike on 4/15/2015
Mike would recommend this product to a friendoverall good pump just wish it had a little bit more head, using it for water changes to pump water from my salt water mixing station with about 50 feet of braided 3/4" tubing with a vertical height of 14 feet -
well made impeller and motor By Elliott on 4/16/2014
Elliott would recommend this product to a friendThis pump has been circulating salt water in my 50 gallon water change vessel, (water heater shaped), for the past three years, running constantly without issue. Relatively quiet and efficient little pump, doesn't seem to mind intake of undiluted salt mix into the impeller. -
Worthless By Chad on 8/19/2013
Chad wouldn't recommend this product to a friendRuns very hot in my opinion and rarely turns over after a power loss. Kind of a big deal if you expect this pump to protect your investment. -
Very Good Pump By Warren on 4/1/2013
Warren would recommend this product to a friendVery quiet and great pump. Pumps the water up 10 feet from my basement to my sump easily. Would definitely recommend. -

Very reliable pump By Glenn on 8/10/2011
Glenn would recommend this product to a friendI've had inherited this pump used and I have been using it over 5 years without needing maintenance. The pump is loud but reduced to a hum when the stand doors are closed. The heat is disbursed by the fan. I recommend cleaning the air output of the fan once in a while to keep the pump cool. Absolutely a reliable pump. Bought one new for back up that is still never used. -
so far so good By greg on 1/17/2011
greg would recommend this product to a friendJust received and installed this pump at first power up its considerably louder then the iwaki it is replacing but there are several things that should be considered before this is ruled bad. First it flows almost 200 GPH more then the iwaki also it has a fan where as the iwaki does not which I feel should make this a longer lasting and more efficient pump, And finally I will see in time my iwaki quitted down over time so i will see if this one does too.
