The Custom Caddy 20 will fit in the back chamber of the Nuvo Fusion 14 Peninsula tanks.
Have a great day!
I have a IM Nano 16, the older curved glass AIO that my wife recently surprised me with. I've been unable to find the CustomCaddy 16 (Model #7401) from any obvious suppliers. From the spec sheet that IM has on these products, it appears that the dimensions for the CustomCaddy 20 (Model # 7400, 2.68” x 2.36” x 10.63”) could just barely fit for me in my media basket slots (2.75" x 2.5" x 11ish (the flow guide is at 8.6")).
Would it be possible to get current measurements on this product? I worry that the dimensions might have changed since IM last updated their 2 page spec sheet.
Thank you so much!
The CustomCaddy 16 has been discontinued for quite some time now so finding a set may be very hard to come by. The Dimensions of the CustomCaddy 20 are actually dead on to their spec sheet. The height of the caddy’s intake is 8.68” tall. You could always shave a little of the acrylic off the sliding portion if it is too tall to fit or the base has feel that can be sanded down slightly too.

Save your money. By Buschflip on 6/5/2017Buschflip wouldn't recommend this product to a friendBought this for my 10g nuvo and realized the problem when I installed it. The way it is supposed to work is the overflow pours over it and the water filters as it travels down through the media compartments. The problem is water takes the least resistance and rather flow around it then through it the compartments stuffed with filter media. It basically just traps a deadzone of water in the media compartments. Also it's just plain clumbsy to load with media. One air bubble starting at the bottom can dislodge your filter pads as it floats up through the chambers causing the media to spill out or mix into other compartments because the holes between the chambers are way bigger than charcoal or GFO. Save your money for something that forces water where you want it to go.
