The HI731339P is a volumetric pipette designed to measure and transfer exactly 100 µL of solution to a cuvette. To obtain the highest accuracy and precision from the Hanna Instruments HI758 Calcium Checker it is necessary to add exactly 100 µL of aquarium saltwater to the cuvette. Any variation will result in an inaccurate reading.

This has "2 possible stops" one stop is felt than u can continue pushing... should u bottom this put or stop at the first sign of resistance?

You will want to push it fully to the bottom.

How many ml is 100 ul? I can not find a good answer online. Is this 10 ml? the size most Hanna's recommend to use for samples?

Great question! 100 µL would equate to .1ml. This can be used in conjunction with the Calcium Hanna Checker to ensure you are using the accurate amount when testing.
