Product Questions

Does the Base unit come with any probes? Or do they all have to be purchased separately? Whats's in the box, just the power supply ?
Question by: AJ on Sep 13, 2019, 9:22 AM
Hey there!

It is going to come with the head unit only, no probes or power supply.

Take care

Currently have the apex classic. If I buy this do I need to recalibrate pH probes and DOS when switching over?
Question by: Jamie on Mar 18, 2019, 3:21 PM
Great question! If replacing the base unit you will need to re-calibrate your probes, and DOS. If you have any code you are using for your current unit I would save this, and apply it when resetting up your Apex to make the switch easier! Thanks!

For this base unit can i connect 2 PH probes replace the ORP probe with a PH Probe or does this only take1 PH probe. Its for a Calcium reactor. I want to be able to check the effluent PH and the Tanks PH. Is this possible with this unit

Thanks for contacting BRS!
You are able to use the ORP port as a pH port by going to the inputs page in either Apex Local or Apex Fusion. Select then enable pH2 to change the 2nd BNC port from the default of ORP mode to pH mode. Have a great day!
