  • Essential for joining canisters By don_chuwish on 9/15/2015

This item should be listed as a "you might also be interested in" item with the dual canister bracket and the single DI resin canister upgrade kit. Simple, works perfectly, but only if you have it when you try to add a 2nd DI canister along side the original!
  • Get the job Done By Galloprieto on 6/23/2015

    No leaks...

I needed this item to replace the two close hex nipples between filter canisters when first activating 75GPD RO/DI Plus . Either they had a hairline fracture from shipping or not enough teflon tape. Removed originals applied appropriate teflon tape and system work like a charm.
  • Worked Perfectly By Will on 3/10/2014

I needed this to replace a broken nipple between filter canisters. Wrapped a couple times with Teflon tape and screwed them in, no leaks! Very happy with item.
  • Great By reddog on 2/11/2014

I was sent this item because of one that was broken between number 2 and 3 chambers on my 5 stage RODI. Replaced and it works great.
  • Easy fix By coder79 on 1/28/2014

I was recently changing the sediment filter of my RO/DI system and heard a crack. The filter was leaking from between the first and second canister. I ordered enough of these to replace all of the ones in my system, they arrived quickly. I wrapped each side of the nipple with 5-6 turns of thread tape and reassembled the filter. The leak is fixed!
  • great if you need to connect multiple canisters together By PC on 5/20/2013

I used this to connect my extra canister with a
    metal bracket

I also used a little Teflon tape in the connections.

Get some spares . this can be broken or cracked if you don't change your canister filter carefully.
