Temperature Monitoring

The integrated temperature probe measures the water’s temperature as it moves through the pump and you can check your aquarium’s water temperature at any time via the ContrALL app. The app will also send you notifications right on your smartphone should your aquarium’s water temperature fall or rise out of range. The alert range is completely customizable and the app can be set to display either °C or °F.

Tool Free Maintenance

Most pumps on the market today require you to dig into your toolbox, but the Sicce SDC pump does not! The pre-chamber can be removed without any tools, giving you easy access to the impeller for cleaning and inspection. We have found the easier something is to maintain, the more likely we are to do it. With maintenance being the key to a long-lasting pump, the SDC hit it out of the park with this one!

Silent Operation

Sicce has been known for producing extremely quiet pumps, but the SDC is on a whole new level. Each SDC has a polished ceramic shaft and bearings that are held to tighter tolerances that promote a much smoother function, minimizing any possible vibration. Sicce's newly redesigned rubber feet further help reduce noise from all sides of the pump.

Heat Reduction

Sicce has a proprietary hydraulic design for their SDC pumps that helps relieve the heat, along with high-quality components that go into every pump. They also have forced internal recirculation that helps promote less heat transfer.

Product Questions

if I wanted to use this pump for a mixing station, what fittings would I need to go from the GAS thread on the pump to connect it to schedule 80 pipe?
Question by: Ray on Nov 16, 2022, 9:26 AM
Thanks for the question! For plumbing to schedule 80, use the included barbs and run 6-8" of tubing then use barb fittings on the Schedule 80 to go to the mixing station. The GAS are a unique thread style we don't have parts to match with, and the short bit of tubing will keep the pump super quiet reducing vibrations. Let us know if we can help with anything else!

Would this be a good size for IM 50 lagoon int?
Question by: Chuck on Nov 7, 2022, 3:56 PM
Thanks for the question! This pump can handle aquarims from 40-80 gallons without any issue and would work well for the IM 50 INT. Please let us know if we can help with anything else!

Will this pump fit in the pump chamber of water box 30.2 it currently has Sicce 2.0
Question by: Mike on Nov 3, 2022, 10:09 PM
The SDC 3.0 (7.3" x 2.5" x 3.8") is significantly larger that your existing Syncra 2.0 (4.84" x 3.35" x 4.13") so it most likely will not fit in the same pump chamber.

Will this fit in an Innovative Marine AIO Fusion 40? If not can you recommend ones that will. Thanks.
Question by: Danell on Aug 6, 2022, 10:06 PM
Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out to us. This pump is too long. You need a pump under 5.9"x5.7". If you want a controllable, the Varios 2 is a great option.

How long is the pump if it has the mesh cover on it instead of the adapter? It seems likely that the 7.3” is the longest measurement, which would likely be the adapter.
Question by: Ryan M on Jun 14, 2022, 7:10 PM
That is a great question. I am including a link to the video that has the dimensions listed The pump looks to be 7.3" while the strainer is another 2.5"

Does the step barb fitting reduce the output when using 1" tubing?
Question by: Charles Wrobel on Mar 21, 2022, 7:43 PM
Hey Charles, thank you for reaching out! Because it is a stepped barb that goes to just under 3/4" it will reduce the pump a little bit, but shouldnt be too much of an impact to its function.

Will this fit in the third chamber of a Waterbox 20 Cube?
Question by: John Bernier on Feb 14, 2022, 2:19 PM
Thanks for the question! It looks like this pump is too big for the Waterbox 20 Cube as it's 3 inches longer than the longest dimension of the last chamber.
