NUVO EXT 112 Gallon Lagoon Aquarium Complete Reef System (Made to Order)

The EXT 112 Lagoon features approximately 112 gallons of aquarium volume in a 35.4" long footprint. Its matching 35.4" width provides room to build depth into your aquascape, with space to arrange rock structures, give corals room to grow, and provide open swimming areas for your fish. At 19.7" tall, the shallow display makes it easy to enjoy your reef from the front, sides, or from above. The external overflow keeps the drain out of the display area, giving you more aquascaping freedom.

The aquarium is constructed with 12mm high-clarity low-iron glass, diamond-edged flat-polished edges, and signature black silicone. A recessed euro brace and 15mm bottom glass complete the construction. A pre-assembled SafeScreen mesh lid helps keep fish inside the aquarium, while a pre-installed rubber leveling mat supports the tank on its stand.

The external solid-glass overflow uses a laser-cut black acrylic weir and slot-cut rear glass panel to direct water into the drain system. A Bean Animal-style arrangement includes a primary drain and two emergency drains, providing additional drainage paths if the primary becomes obstructed.

Three 1" drain holes and two 3/4" return holes connect the aquarium to the included plumbing. The primary drain gate valve lets you fine-tune flow for quiet operation, while two NUVO return nozzles direct water back into the display.

The included plumbing kit is premeasured and pre-glued to fit this aquarium and sump combination. It connects the aquarium's drains and return to the sump using PVC bulkheads, unions, and a primary drain gate valve designed for saltwater use.

Assembly requires tightening the bulkheads and unions, eliminating the PVC measuring and cutting that comes with building a reef system from scratch.

The RFS27 sump provides space to house filtration beneath the aquarium. Reinforced double-walled acrylic frame construction, drain-silencing plates with a filter sponge, and polycarbonate lid covers help create a quiet dedicated filtration area.

An adjustable water-height baffle lets you set the protein skimmer chamber to suit your equipment. Included acrylic media cups and Fiber Ball media provide mechanical filtration, with support for 4" filter socks as another option.

The included MightyJet XL submersible DC return pump delivers up to 2,656 GPH and offers seven speed settings through its controller. Adjust the pump output to suit your system, and use the one-touch feed mode during feeding.

Quiet DC operation and run-dry protection add everyday convenience.

Available in black or white, the APS stand uses anodized aluminum for a lightweight, corrosion-resistant foundation that won't warp or swell. Pre-cut closed-cell PVC foam boards, integrated hardware, and top and bottom magnetic door latches complete the cabinet.

The stand arrives semi-assembled and includes a hex torque wrench for setup. Its spacious interior accommodates the included sump, while side access doors make it easier to reach plumbing and filtration equipment during maintenance. A leveling frame with adjustable feet helps you level the system in its final location.
