ChlorPlus carbon block cartridges help reduce sediment while providing greater chloramine performance capacities than granular carbon. They also significantly reduce the carbon fines found in many granular canisters.
This cartridge is capable of removing chloramines from 2,500 gallons of water (includes waste water). It is typically used after a refillable cartridge of catalytic activated carbon (GAC). When used with a cartridge of GAC we recommend changing both every 5,000 gallons (includes waste water).
