How long will my aquarium take to ship?

Please allow 4–6 months from the date of order for your aquarium to ship. This is an estimated shipping timeframe, not a delivery date. Unexpected production or shipping delays may extend the wait.

When will I be charged?

Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All sales are final. Once your order has been placed, cancellations, modifications, returns, and refunds are not available. Please double-check your aquarium model, stand color, and order details before submitting your order.
