if i am using the BRS 2 part system,would you recommend using this Red sea Foundation ABC together ?

Hey Rocky,
The Red Sea Reef Foundations ABC basically is what the two part is, so there wouldn't be much purpose to dosing both. That said though you can certainly use the additional trace elements like the Red See Coral Colors ABCD supplements with either system though.
