- Turbine Duo 9K Flow Pump (2500GPH) - Maxspect
Configure the Maxspect Duo the way you need it!
The first water pump that can be configured as a traditional single output, like any other aquarium pump but can also be configured to have two outputs for a total flow rate of 2500 gallons per hour!
- Silent operation
- Multi-directional outputs
- Multiple different configurations
- Perfect for returns or closed-loops
- Two individual intakes and outputs
- Includes multiple adapters and accessories
- Compatible with ICV6 Controller & Syna-G App
Multiple different configurations allow the Duo 9K to adapt to many different scenarios. If you want to feed a manifold and your aquarium from a single pump, the Dual output configuration is perfect. Your aquarium will always get the same flow, even if you change the flow rate through the equipment connected to the manifold. If you just need a lot of flow, attach the Duo to Single output adapter for increased flow through a single pipe. The final configuration works great if you are tight on space, you can actually remove one of the volutes, and by attaching the block off plate, you effectively have a compact single output pump.

Maxspect 9k return By Oscar on 10/9/2019Oscar wouldn't recommend this product to a friendDidn’t meet the advertised head pressure, in order to get to the top you have to run it at it’s max which is 90%
No flow By John on 12/20/2018John wouldn't recommend this product to a friendIt’s nowhere near the flow advertised. Have to program it which is a pain.
Quite but no flow By Oscar on 9/14/2018Oscar wouldn't recommend this product to a friendFlow performance is really bad. Maybe at zero head it ok but when you start pluming especially with elbows, it really will not perform like you will expect.
Silent pump By JimMc on 7/13/2018JimMc would recommend this product to a friendHave had this pump running on for about a month as my main return. I couldn't be more happy so far. Thus pump is by far the quietest I have owned and the flow is great. I use the double pump to single adaptor.
Great product, very powerful and two jets for one By Scotty3d on 3/15/2018Scotty3d would recommend this product to a friendI was impressed for the value. Very easy to put together. I'm using it to pump water from my sump and to power my protein skimmer at the same time. Perfect solution. It is very quite as well.
Any chance of an upcoming video review/how to For this pump? I think The idea seems pretty straight forward but would love something a bit more in depth as it seems a wide variety of configurations and uses with a new type of pump like this.
Do you have to own a controller to use the SYNA-G app, or does it need to go through the controller first.
Thank you for reaching out.
You would be need the ICV6 controller in addition to the Turbine Duo Pump. That can be found here:
