- Tanklimate Acclimation Box - Medium - Eshopps
Introduce and Isolate Fish, Corals or Invertebrates
There are many different uses for the Eshopps Tanklimate, and most notably acclimating and introducing new fish to an already established aquarium, which can help reduce the stress on your new fish. It uses coated magnets to suspend the Tanklimate Box within your aquarium and with the integrated flow slots, you do not need any additional pumps or plumbing to ensure your new arrivals get enough flow. If you do not need to introduce or isolate any fish, the Tanklimate can also be used as an in-tank frag tank or even an in-tank refugium to harbor algae and micro-fauna.
If you are going to bring in a few small fish, or just one larger one, you can use the included dividers to isolate the Medium Tanklimate Acclimation Box into three separate chambers. The chambers can be used to isolate fish, invertebrates, or even different types of macro-algae from growing into each other.

Nice box, but poor construction. By Christopher on 12/19/2019Christopher wouldn't recommend this product to a friendMy Tanklimate has been in the water a total of 2 weeks. Sadly, one of the magnet housings split open. This exposed my tank to the magnet, and rust from the magnet. I've not reached out to Eshopps yet. My warning here is to be aware this might be an issue.
Does its job but only half way By justin on 5/6/2019justin would recommend this product to a friendIt works great as intended but not 100%. The top keeps getting loose and either someone finds their way in or someone leaves due to the top opening on its own. Now as a frag rack works great.
Ok, a bit small. Dividers don't go fully up By Genki on 3/31/2019Genki would recommend this product to a friendIt's a bit on the smaller side of things The dividers don't go all the way up, so my midas blenny slipped through and almost shredded my Sunburst Anthias.
