Product Questions
Thank you for reaching out! The unit can be installed fully submerged in water or “in-line” (externally) as part of your plumbing. We do recommend mounting it vertically, so the water flows either from bottom to top or top to bottom.
If you must mount it horizontally, ensure that it’s fully filled with water (no trapped air) and that flow is steady through the UV chamber, so you still get proper UV exposure.
