Are these jugs safe to be used for the waste from a Trident NP?

Since these jugs are made of Class 2 HDPE they are safe for Trident NP waste, yes!

What is the diameter of the spout? Want to fit a pump in it for ATO.

This cap does not fit any pump that we have found unfortunately. The opening is approximately 30mm.
