The Sump

The Reef Filtration Series sump comes with all the bells and whistles-- from dedicated compartments to adjustable baffles, silencing lids, water level indicators, cord management, dosing line fittings, and more. It's constructed from reinforced, double-walled acrylic and finished with noise-reducing polycarbonate compartment lids. It features a triple redundancy drain system, ensuring additional safety and peace of mind. On both the front and side filtration compartment walls, you'll find laser-etched indicators measuring water level. The filtration compartment itself can accommodate 4" filter socks and comes stocked with filter media cups, including silencing lids and high-performance fiber ball media. The protein skimmer chamber features an adjustable water height baffle, as well as a noise-reducing lid with a cutout to fit snugly around your skimmer. Additional touches include a LED light bracket specifically designed to hold the Chaetomax Refugium LED (sold separately), RODI fittings for attaching dosing lines, all-black adhesive cord holder for sleek cable management, and a dedicated vertical heater compartment.
