Stem side slides into standard push connect fittings. Barb side is designed for flexible tubing like nylon or clear pvc.

Worked Great for Dosing Containers By Mark on 1/9/2017Mark would recommend this product to a friendUsed a couple of these in conjunction with the matching bulkhead and an acrylic rod with a 5 gallon bucket to make a couple dosing containers... worked great. I had to really stretch and heat the Neptune DOS dosing lines to make them fit over these fittings but seems to be working great so far.
Mur-Lok sterm adapter tube x hose stem By Chuck on 1/10/2016Chuck would recommend this product to a friendThis adapter I needed to hook up my new calcium reactor to my sicce pump. I had the 1/4" hose from the pump to the mur-lok receiver. It worked great, a must when using mur-lock connectors.

Unfortunately there is not a way to fit the mur-lok stem to the DOS as they are metric fittings. Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions!
The Python tubing is 3/16 ID and will not fit without a lot of work. We recommend 1/4" Inside diameter. I have included the flexelene tubing link below!
