For filter media to perform properly, it must be changed on a regular basis. If you're using the Sicce Micron or Nano Micron internal power filters to provide filtration for your aquarium, be sure to keep a couple of these replacement cartridges on hand so that you can keep your aquarium looking its best and to help remove unwanted odors and tannins.
We recommend changing this cartridge every 30 days.
