Easily convert the 3/4" threaded x barb fitting on an Aqua Ultraviolet Classic UV Sterilizer to a larger 2" slip connection.
This replacement union half allows the sterilizer to connect directly to 2" PVC plumbing, reducing the need for additional adapters and fittings. It's useful for installations where hard plumbing is preferred over flexible tubing.
Tip: A reducing bushing can be used to adapt the 2" slip connection to smaller PVC pipe sizes, such as 1" or 1.5", while still allowing the sterilizer to be hard plumbed.
