Great scraper By Peter on 4/14/2019Peter would recommend this product to a friendI admit, I was a little hesitant to buy this based on some reviews that questioned its durability. But it has been just as advertised. I bought mainly to clean my back glass and the angle and length were perfect to reach behind my aqua-scaping. Made short work of some thick coralline. The blades are sharp, easy to replace.
The threads get stuck and its hard to disassemble to store away By Israfil on 3/27/2019Israfil wouldn't recommend this product to a friendThe threads that hold the assembly together get rusted which seizes the threads not allowing you to disassemble. The blade holder could be better in qualitty as well. The nuts that are used easily strip which cause the blade holder not hold the blade effectively. I have to replace the blade every 3-4 times i scrape the back wall. The coralline algae quickly dulls the blade.
Awesome! By Nonemos on 10/12/2018Nonemos would recommend this product to a friendGreat for all those hard to reach areas and cleans glass effortlessly.
No problems By Andy on 8/5/2018Andy would recommend this product to a friendWoeks well so far. Not had any issues with the handle as others have seen. Using it a few times a week for about 5 months.
No problems here By chad on 10/8/2017chad would recommend this product to a friendThe scraper works fine on the bottom of my quarantine tank. You don't need a lot of force to remove algae because the blade is very sharp. Deducting one star due to lack of included instructions.
Works Great! By mark on 8/13/2017mark would recommend this product to a friendI got this and love it. Can you break it yes. Do you need to break it NO. The blade is very sharp and cleans the glass effortlessly. Just use a reasonable amount of force and it will last.
Read Reviews Before Purchase By Mical on 8/9/2017Mical would recommend this product to a friendHad I not read previous reviews, I too might have broken the scraper arm. But aware of it's thin arm it's AWESOME! I cleaned areas I've dreaded and in minutes. Excellent product just be aware that if you put alot of pressure on it it most likely will break.
Amazing Product, No Pressure Needed By Batman on 7/18/2017Batman would recommend this product to a friendThis is the an awesome scraper, work with pretty much any algae. As someone else said, the blades are so sharp, you do not need to add any pressure. If you take care of it, it should NOT break. If you use it like its a crowbar, it'll snap... quickly.
Absolute Garbage By Doc on 7/12/2017Doc wouldn't recommend this product to a friendWorked ok for about a week before the handle broke. Poor design. A waste of money.
Great product, very easy to use. By Fishkeeper on 6/12/2017Fishkeeper would recommend this product to a friendWe have used this scraper for 3 months and it's very easy to scrape algae off the glass. For the other reviewers, there is no need to apply pressure to the glass at all. The blade is thin and gets even the tough coralline algae off the glass very easily with 1-2 go. Even my 5 years old daughter like to clean the glass since it's so easy to use. Higher recommend this product.
Horrible By Michael on 6/8/2017Michael wouldn't recommend this product to a friendHandle broke first time using it. Blades are good though.
Broke after a few uses. By Daktari on 5/23/2017Daktari wouldn't recommend this product to a friendSnapped in half after 3 or 4 uses. Will not last if you put any pressure on it. A waste of 16 bucks. I bought it to replace the old Kent model. Went back to using the Kent with new blades. It's a shame because the blades on the subject model were effective. I should get my money back.
