International Wholesale Account Terms


Freight Forwarding / Holding Policy

Due to the elevated risk of credit card fraud, customs issues, damaged shipments, and warranty issues, does not allow shipping to freight forwarding services. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipped to freight forwarders/holders without notice. Any order shipped to a freight forwarding or holding facility will not be eligible for any support.

The exemption of our Freight Forwarding policy for international wholesale accounts does not exempt you from the warranty and support restrictions. Any items shipped to a freight forwarder and/or out of the US will not be covered under Bulk Reef Supply’s shipping damage or defective product policy.

Note: It is advised that replacement parts/fittings not available in your area be purchased with products such as RO units and BRS reactors. These products contain parts which can be damaged during shipping and are easily repaired as long as you have access to the appropriate parts.

Warranty Service

Warranty claims on international orders can only be honored on BRS and Skimz brand products. All other warranties will need to be handled by the product manufacturer. All shipping costs associated with these claims will be the responsibility of the retailer or end user.

Brokerage Services and Fees

Bulk Reef Supply requires all international account holders to arrange and pay for brokerage services and fees as well as any paperwork associated with international shipments.

Item Restrictions and Customs

We cannot furnish or process HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) codes, information or forms.

Due to customs restrictions we are unable to ship certain items internationally. This includes but is not limited to: Fish and coral foods, Pukani, Fiji, and Tonga dry rock.

Note: Including these items may result in your order being delayed or cancelled by Bulk Reef Supply and/or US/International customs.
