The "melt in your mouth morsels" are 100-200 microns and are easily ingested and digested by fish of all types. You should definitely consider using freeze-dried rotifers over a live culture since they are just as nutritious but are much more affordable and do not pose the unpredictability risk.

It would be recommended to add them to your frozen food when thawing it out. It needs to be able to soak in water as well.
