Payment Options
BulkReefSupply.com accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and financing through Affirm. We do not accept checks or money orders as a form of payment. We do not accept any type of payment via email or Live Chat.
Pricing
There are some items that we are unable to discount or provide bonus points on due to manufacturer minimum advertised price (MAP) rules and other restrictions. These items are already priced at the lowest price allowed. The following is a partial list of vendors with pricing policies. Please understand, BRS may add new vendors to this list at any time.

We’re committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. If you find a lower price on an in-stock item from a national competitor, we’ll match it.
Before placing your order, please call or email our Customer Service department with a link to the competitor’s website with the advertised price. Be sure to include the competitors advertised shipping costs to your desired destination. Our team will review this information and adjust the price as quickly as possible. We do our best to respond to all price match request within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays); include the words "Price Match" in your email subject line for the fastest response.
We do not price match live fish, corals, inverts, or plants. Price match items must be in stock and available for immediate shipment inside the continental United States.
Price Drop Protection
We've got your back! You can shop with confidence knowing that if your item goes down in price within 14 days of your purchase, we will issue a one-time store credit, in the form of BRS Reward Points, to cover the difference. You can expect BRS Reward Points to reflect on your balance within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). Policy terms may change at any time
Exclusions- Open box, Clearance, or otherwise "final sale" items.
- Live fish, corals, inverts, or plants.
- Products sold by third party re-sellers including eBay, Amazon & Wal-Mart
- Doorbusters, flash sales, and other limited time deals.
- Any item purchased during our Black Friday event (11/21/25 - 12/2/25).
- Items purchased using financing offers, coupons & trade-ins.
- Free gifts included with any purchase.
Promotions
At any given point there are a number of promotions we may be running. We work closely with vendors to help save you as much money as we can on your reefing gear. Promotional pricing is valid for in-stock items only. We cannot take back orders or rain checks for items that are out of stock. All promotions at Bulk Reef Supply are subject to change and may end at any time, without notice. Products with MAP pricing and Gift cards are excluded from promotions unless otherwise noted. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise specified. All items sold under a clearance, blowout, or liquidation are final, returns are not allowed on those products.
Coupon/Promo Codes
We do offer coupon codes now and then for special occasions. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards, and are limited to one use per customer for in-stock items only. Coupon codes do expire and are invalid after their expiration date has passed.
Sales Tax
Residents in the following states will be charged sales tax upon checkout: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. We do accept Tax Exempt accounts and if you are a tax-exempt organization, just send your exempt certification to support@bulkreefsupply.com along with the email address of the account and we can get you set up.
