Fish go nuts By Stanley on 9/9/2018Stanley would recommend this product to a friendFish go nuts for this stuff (tangs, anthias, blennies, clowns, chromis...). For the way I feed, the pellets sink pretty quickly and a lot of them hit the sand bed.

Best Pellet Food for Auto Feeders By Mical on 5/31/2017Mical would recommend this product to a friendFirst off Hikari is a trusted name in fish food, secondly we use it on multiple tanks w/auto feeders and no clogging or residue left behind as other brands we've tried. I won't use any other brand. Their seaweed version is great for Tangs and foxface also.
So far so good! By Karibbean on 12/11/2016Karibbean would recommend this product to a friend4 stars only b/c I have not used this long term yet. I Love it so far. Splash, Delilah, Simba, and Pepe Le Pew love it so far. I usually offer them a smorgasbord of frozen feasts, but wanted a dry option for those days when I'm rushing out the door. I was using a different dried option that was giving my tank the nasties. I threw it away and tried this...So far so good!!

Great Product!! By Gb on 10/11/2016Gb would recommend this product to a friendMy fish love this food. I think so far for my smaller fish like firefish and clowns it the perfect size food. They eat this up like crazy. It is my primary pellet along with SA Hatchery diet.
Good sinking food By Ray on 4/28/2016Ray would recommend this product to a friendI bought this food for my auto feeder cause my old fish food was just going in my over flow. This one sinks slowly and none of it floats into my overflows. The only thing I kinda don't like is that the pellets are kinda hard I see my fish spitting them out several times before swallowing it.
Best Pellet I've Used.. Hands Down By Patrick on 4/23/2016Patrick would recommend this product to a friendFunny story.. I used Hikari Marine S on my first few tanks, and everyone loved it. I decided to try a different product for my current tank, and boy was that a mistake. The fish hated it! Too big, and they didn't like it. I switched back to the tried-and-true Hikari Marine S, and the fish eat it like pigs.
I don't think I'll ever start with anything else ever again. Hikari Marine S has been the ONLY pellet food that my fish have ate without exception.
My clowns love it By Victoria on 4/11/2016Victoria would recommend this product to a friendsmall so my little 1inch baby clown can can eat it no problem.

What is the difference between Hikari "A" and "S" fish foods. Thanks
Great question! Both are pellet-type fish food that comes in two sizes: A and S. “A” is for fish over 10 cm length while “S” is for under 10 cm fish. If you have any further questions please let us know. Happy Reefing!
