Pump It Up with AI Axis

  • Max Flow - 925 GPH
  • Ideal for Aquariums up to 90 Gallons
  • App Control with myAI, Mobius, or MXM
  • Three Easy-to-Use Pump Modes
  • Perfect as a Return Pump

AquaIllumination's Axis 90 is a compact, controllable centrifugal pump built to bring smart DC pump features to smaller and mid-sized aquarium systems. With an adjustable flow rate, wireless smart control, quiet DC motor operation, and output calibration, the Axis 90 gives you the control you want in a return pump without taking up unnecessary space in your sump or all-in-one aquarium.

Return pumps play a critical role in keeping water moving through your aquarium's filtration system. The Axis 90 is designed to provide reliable return flow for aquariums up to 90 gallons while giving you the flexibility to adjust, schedule, feed, and calibrate the pump for your specific setup.

Smart Control for Reliable Return Flow

Included Pump Modes

Schedule: Create a custom program with changing flow over time.

Feed: Temporarily reduces the flow rate to help prevent food from going down the overflow during feeding.

Calibrate: Calibrate the pump to your aquarium by setting maximum, minimum, and neutral flow levels.

Output Calibration

Output calibration helps tune the Axis 90 to your aquarium's plumbing and overflow. Instead of simply turning the pump completely off, calibration can allow the pump to continue running without producing flow, helping reduce the chance of back-siphoning and air bubbles when the pump resumes normal operation.

Compact Design

The Axis 90 packs controllable DC pump performance into a compact form factor that works well in sumps, rear chambers, and other tight spaces. Its small footprint makes it a strong option for all-in-one aquariums or systems where return pump space is limited.

The Axis form factor also makes it a great choice to feed media reactors where you want easy control of the flow rate, but don't have a ton of extra room in your sump.

App Control

Connect, control, and program compatible EcoTech and AquaIllumination equipment directly from your iOS or Android device with the Mobius app. Mobius gives you an intuitive way to choose proven templates or create custom programs for your aquarium’s flow and lighting needs, while also helping coordinate compatible smart lights, pumps, and other equipment from one simple control platform.
