AF Lab Niccolum is a highly concentrated nickel supplement for reef aquariums. Nickel is an important trace element required for the function of many microorganisms and plays a role in the metabolism of nitrogen and iron.

Maintaining appropriate nickel levels helps prevent deficiencies that can negatively affect these metabolic processes. AF Lab Niccolum allows nickel levels to be replenished based on the consumption and individual needs of the aquarium.

Recommended Dosage

Concentration:
1 mL of AF Lab Niccolum increases the nickel concentration by 0.004 mg/L (ppm) in 100 L (27 US gal) of aquarium water.

Recommended Nickel Level:
0.001–0.01 mg/L (ppm)

Dosing Guidance:
Dose according to the nickel consumption of your aquarium and regular water testing.

Maximum Safe Daily Dose:
Do not exceed 0.5 mL per 100 L (27 US gal) of aquarium water per day. If a larger adjustment is required, divide the total dose over several days.

Every aquarium is different, and the appropriate dosage will depend on coral stocking and the individual needs of the system. Both deficient and excessive micronutrient levels can negatively affect aquarium inhabitants. Adjust dosing based on regular water testing.

Important Note: These dosing instructions apply to the current AF Lab Niccolum formula. Older versions of this product may have different concentration and dosing recommendations. Always follow the instructions provided with your specific bottle.
