AF Lab Bromium is a highly concentrated bromine supplement for reef aquariums. Bromine is a naturally occurring micronutrient in seawater and is regularly consumed by reef inhabitants in closed aquarium systems.

Aquaforest notes that bromine supports coral development, stimulates the production of important enzymes, and helps marine organisms produce substances that protect them from predators. Regular water testing and supplementation, when needed, can help maintain bromine within the recommended range.

Recommended Dosage

Concentration:
10 mL of AF Lab Bromium increases the bromine concentration by 10 mg/L (ppm) in 100 L (27 US gal) of aquarium water.

Recommended Bromine Level:
55.00–74.00 mg/L (ppm)

Dosing Guidance:
Dose according to the bromine consumption of your aquarium and regular water testing.

Maximum Safe Daily Dose:
Do not exceed 10 mL per 100 L (27 US gal) of aquarium water per day. If a larger adjustment is required, divide the total dose over several days.

Every aquarium is different, and the appropriate dosage will depend on coral stocking and the individual needs of the system. Both deficient and excessive micronutrient levels can negatively affect aquarium inhabitants. Adjust dosing based on regular water testing.

Important Note: These dosing instructions apply to the current AF Lab Bromium formula. Older versions of this product may have different concentration and dosing recommendations. Always follow the instructions provided with your specific bottle.
