Very nice By Justyn on 11/19/2014Justyn would recommend this product to a friendI ordered 20 pounds and they sent me about 24.5 pounds. I had asked for the most twisted, curved, thick pices they could pack and that's what I got. This is for my next build, which will take about a year to accumulate all the nessisery equipment. Thank you BRS
Depends on What You Want By Terri on 11/18/2014Terri wouldn't recommend this product to a friendThe BRS guys gave me what I wanted so it worked for me:0) The pieces are heavy and about 3 inches round. I wanted short lengths so I don't know what might be the average length. I used mine for a campfire-type structure, mounting mushrooms, Rics and Yumas.
3.5 stars By AdamSabina on 9/25/2014AdamSabina wouldn't recommend this product to a friendSome of the branches wet short like 3-4" which doesn't help aquascaping. But some were ok 12"+. They were mostly single branches if that's what you want your golden. If not I really want to try the tonga shelf rock I've seen some cool stuff with it. But great bang for the $.
Great product By Jonathan on 9/1/2014Jonathan would recommend this product to a friendThis branching rock makes a good candidate for a great aqua scape. It is a bit heavy but you get a good quantity for the price per pound.

BRS Tonga Single Branch Dry Live Rock
Like all of our dry rock Tonga Branch is free of nuisance algae and pests which can cause complete tank shut downs and is guaranteed to be free of apitasia, bubble algae, parasitic isopods, mantis shrimp, acro eating flat worms, little red bugs, fire worms, predatory nudibranchs, pyramidellid snails and other common pests.
Using Dry Rock has the following advantages:
- Low initial cost on premium types of rock.
- Pound for pound a way better value - no water weight.
- Can be shipped standard UPS ground which saves a fortune on shipping.
- Absolutely pest free. This is the most important reason. This allows you to completely avoid all of the most common aquarium pests that plague most aquarists.
Picking: If you are interested in the jumbo pieces, please specify your request in the comments area during checkout. Customer service will contact you for more details if required.
Shipping: Tonga Branch can be fragile. BRS makes every effort to securely pack the Tonga Branch. However, we have no control how UPS handles it and it may break during shipping. Unfortunately this is not covered by insurance so we are unable to replace broken pieces.
Dry live rock is not available for shipment to Canada due to high tariffs. Please consider Reef Saver rock as this is not subject to these fees and our favorite of the dry rocks available.
