Skimz products will be warranted by Bulk Reef Supply (BRS) for Skimz purchases made through Bulk Reef Supply on www.bulkreefsupply.com. If you are in need of support for SKIMZ products, Bulk Reef Supply will provide support as long as the following criteria are met:
1. The original purchase must be made through Bulk Reef Supply either by a Bulk Reef Supply customer service rep over the phone or directly through the website – https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/
An RMA request must be submitted to BRS customer service and an RMA number must be issued to you from Bulk Reef Supply customer service.
The product was purchased as new, and not through a clearance sale, liquidation, flash, or lightning sale.
2. Duration since purchase:
Skimz pumps purchased before 10/13/2020 are guaranteed for 12 months from original purchase date. Bulk Reef Supply will provide replacement parts and/or replacement pumps for all pump related defects that are reported to Bulk Reef Supply within 12 months of purchase. To report defective Skimz pumps to Bulk Reef Supply, please request an RMA number from customer service.
All plastic components on the Skimz products purchased before 10/13/2020 are guaranteed for 2 years from the original purchase date. To report defective components on Skimz products to Bulk Reef Supply, please request an RMA number from customer service.
Bulk Reef Supply will offer a limited 30-day warranty on all new Skimz items purchased after 10/13/2020.
3. Replacement parts or full replacement:
Bulk Reef Supply will determine, at its discretion whether replacement parts will be provided, or whether an entire unit will be replaced. Often, the preferred option will be to provide replacement parts, but occasionally and depending on the circumstances a full unit will be used to replace the defective unit. After receiving your RMA number from customer service, you will be notified how your unit will be serviced. Sometimes, you may be required to return your unit to BRS for inspection; if that is the case, your customer service agent will communicate that with you.
SKIMZ products will be warranted by Bulk Reef Supply (BRS) for SKIMZ purchases made through Bulk Reef Supply via the Bulk Reef Supply toll-free number or on www.bulkreefsupply.com. If you are in need of support for SKIMZ products, Bulk Reef Supply will provide support as long as the following criteria are met:

a. AN RMA request must be submitted to BRS customer service and an RMA number must be issued to you from Bulk Reef Supply customer service.

a. All SKIMZ pumps are guaranteed for 12 months from original purchase date. Bulk Reef Supply will provide replacement parts and/or replacement pumps for all pump related defects that are reported to Bulk Reef Supply within 12 months of purchase. Support requests that will not be eligible for Bulk Reef Supply Warranty Support:

Bulk Reef Supply will not be able to offer free of charge replacement parts to SKIMZ products purchased at other retailers, however if you purchased your SKIMZ unit at a retailer other than BRS, please contact us as we may be able to provide you with replacement parts at a reasonable price and we will strive to help you find resolution to your situation.
