Is it possible to purchase the liquid reagent bottle separately? I ran out of the liquid WAY faster than the powder. Instead of buying a whole new kit, I'm hoping to find just the liquid reagent so I don't have to waste the remaining powder and reusable plastic parts.

Can this test be used with freshwater as well as salt water?

Great question! The Salifert Nitrate test kit is intended for saltwater aquarium testing only. :-)
