Will these replacement filters fit only a BRS RODI unit, or can I use them on m Spectra pure 90gpd?

Pretty much all RO/DI units (including ours and theirs) use standard 10" filters and are completely interchangeable :-) -

I have a Vertex Puratek Deluxe 4 stage ro/di systems---which requires 1 di filter, 1 carbon filter and 1 pre-filter. It also requires a membrane but not as often as the other mentioned above. Will this set be the right fit for my ro/di system?

You would want the 4 stage RO/DI filter as your system has the DI stage. I would just double check that the DI cartridge is refillable, if not you will want to pick up a refillable cartridge the first time as well. Otherwise that kit has everything you need except the membrane itself (which as you said only needs to be replaced rarely).
