I wish It was good By Mark on 6/11/2016Mark wouldn't recommend this product to a friendI really liked this product because it's low profile, the temp is easily read from across the room but after only having this for about 3 months, some of the LED bars have stopped working.
Not accurate By fishdoc on 12/21/2015fishdoc wouldn't recommend this product to a friendI'v had this unit for over 2 years. Several of the LED bars no longer light up. When checked against several kitchen thermometers, this unit reads 10 degrees higher, making it useless. The cord is short so I have to put the unit on the side of my tank so it can reach the multiplug. Just threw it away this morning.
Irratic display By Danbot on 10/7/2015Danbot wouldn't recommend this product to a friendSome type of interference from my mh light (brand new luxcore e ballast) causes the display to under read by 10 degrees when turned on. Caused a near panic. Also despite what you would think its hard to read from more than 10 ft away due to halo effect. Also led display is blue not white like advertised. Total fail.
Accurate, Easy to Read By wincod75 on 7/7/2015wincod75 would recommend this product to a friendOverall a good product. This thermometer display sets inside of the aquarium unlike many that have a prob that reads the digital temperature externally. No real issues, seems to be very accurate. It does create a place for dirt and algae to collect where the screen suctions to the glass, but still a solid product.
