Not what I thought! By Chuck on 12/6/2016Chuck would recommend this product to a friendPrice and material quality are excellent. I was disappointed however with cutter design, can't cut through with the middle of jaws. If picture in catalog was against a background other than white (to give more clarity), I would probably have purchased a different tool.
Cora cutters By JJB2 on 12/2/2016JJB2 would recommend this product to a friendBest bone cutters on the market. All stainless so no rusting and they work on tiny corals as well as large. Hands down the best I have used by far..
Positive Review By Jason on 2/16/2016Jason would recommend this product to a friendThese are very easy to use and are high quality. I've had no issues fragging coral with these cutters.
Tough Cutter By TDW on 1/2/2016TDW would recommend this product to a friendThese "bone cutters" are very tough. I use them to nibble away at live rock, and to cut large corals. Not for small frags. I've used these cutters to cut difficult hard corals, and to separate sections of live rock. They work great, and show no wear.
Only good for very large frags. By Fabio on 12/18/2015Fabio would recommend this product to a friendHigh quality material. But, poor design. It would be much better if closed overlapping like scissors. I would recommend only for very large corals.
Excellent By Greg on 10/11/2014Greg would recommend this product to a friendThis is a large size. If you intend to use on small frags could be difficult
For thick coral and doesn't cut through By John on 9/18/2014John wouldn't recommend this product to a friendThis blade comes together at the tips when closed, not overlapping like scissors. The coral must be very thick and even then it won't cut all the way through because the blades are curved like a crescent moon and it stops when the tips come together.
Not sure if it's supposed to be designed this way or if I got a poorly manufactured blade.
