Functional, but not great aesthetics By Houston on 4/17/13
Houston would recommend this product to a friendInstalled the short rail with hanging kit with the Radion Pros on my 4x2x2' tank, and functionally, they hold the lights up. The rail only bolts to the inside of the lights, with the cables mounted on the outside. It seems to me that the finished unit droops a bit in the middle. A rail that would extend across the lights completely would increase the rigidity, and fix this issue. I chose this setup as it was what was recommended on the ecotech site, but perhaps I would build a rail in retrospect for about the same price or less with stronger support. In different applications this product may work flawlessly, but this is my experience with the setup.
