Quick Overview

Silent Air pumps are very powerful for their size and make virtually no noise and can be used for many different applications like quarantine or hospital tanks, and protein skimmers that still used wooden air stones. We suggest always having a proper sized air pump on hand in the event of pump failure to keep the water oxygenated.

Purchased this pump to use in my QT with sponge filter. Air coming out of pump was not powerful enough to keep water from entering inside the tubing at a depth of 12". Beyond 30 day return policy so in the garbage it goes!

Although the price is right and ran quiet, mine only lasted 3 days before the plastic piece holding the diaphragm broke. BRS quickly replaced without a question. I currently maintain as a spare. Although more expensive I have a Cobalt air pump on another system that has lasted over a year and is awesome.
