eric would recommend this product to a friendI have used the ABS bulkheads recently as well, which work fine for surface level skimming and such. If you are using bulkheads below surface level and want to be leak-free use these! -

eline would recommend this product to a friendUsed this in my 45 gal glass sump to supply an external pump. Having previously used the abs bulkheads I can tell you these are built way beefier. -

Matt would recommend this product to a friendI never tried the ABS bulkheads, but went with the schedule 80 ones just for overkill. My only concern was the schedule 80 bulkhead required a larger hole. However, I drilled (4) 48mm holes in my 40 gallon breeder with no issues. -

Don't even bother with cheaper ones By Jeff on 9/20/12
Jeff would recommend this product to a friendThese bulkheads are heavy duty with a huge gasket. I wouldn't even bother with the flimsy ones that seem to leak as soon as any pressure is on the bulkhead, e.g. when you use all hard pipe. The only complaint is they don't come in slip x slp. -

Eric would recommend this product to a friendThese don't even compare to ABS bulkheads. Hands down better quality than normal ABS bulkheads. Only issue is they are a bit long so not ideal for back drilled tanks -

I can honestly say that I would expect nothing short of perfection while using them. The build quality on these things is incredible! I was not expecting them to be so sturdy feeling/just overall "tank-like." Really good product, I would use only these even though there are cheaper ones available, I just like these so much! -

Corbin would recommend this product to a friendIf you've ever had a problem with a leaking bulkhead, you have to give these schedule 80 ones a try. Heavy duty and bullet proof are both terms that could be used to describe these. -

michelle would recommend this product to a friendi am so glad i spent the extra money on these. they work perfectly and seem exceptionally durable. I did have to make the hole in my sump bigger to get it to fit, but 10 minutes with a dremel and i was good to go.
