Focustronic is challenging the "set it and forget it" one-setting-fits all approach when it comes to reef lighting. With the Solartronic smart lighting system, you can actually program your lights to respond dynamically to changing water parameters (such as nutrients and alkalinity) to adjust light intensity for a more finely-tuned system. With its 8 individually controlled lighitng channels and 7 different programs, you can set different profiles for each day of the week to provide the best angles for your corals and stimulate natural growth patterns. Each profile consists of 24 time points and total of 8 light channels with light angels.  The app will automatically allocate the ramp up/down and angels between each 2 hours and have smooth transitions every 5 min. 

The Solartronic intelligent LED light system will auto-adjust its intensity based on measurements taken by a Mastertronic or Alkatronic aquarium monitoring device. For example, you can choose to increase light intensity by a specific percentage once PO4 rises above a ppm of your choosing, and then decrease once the PO4 falls back to normal levels.

The Solartronic is easily controlled, along with all other Focustronic devices, from the Focustronic All-in-One App, available for free via Google Play or the Apple App Store.
