Product Questions

How thick is the part of the mount bracket that's on the inside lip of the tank. I have just over 1/2 inch between my tank and skimmer where it needs to mount.

Hello there,

You would need approximately 2.5" clearance for the part of the clamp that sits inside the tank. Thanks for your question.

Hello, I am considering mounting these on a standard tank that has a canopy. The canopy is much taller than standard, but I need to know how tall these are from the rim mounting point to the very top of the G5 X-bracket. I need this measurement to see if they will fit within my canopy. Thanks!
Question by: Paul R on Sep 14, 2020, 1:50 PM
That is approximately 10 1/4".
