  • Not worth it By on 8/22/2017

For the price, I expected something that would dry quickly to allow me to aquascape my dry rock. But instead it needed to dry overnight, which isn't very helpful if you want to join 20 pieces together and need the lower tiers to dry before you solidify higher ones. Save your money and buy some cheaper stuff at the hardware store.
  • Does the job By on 3/5/2017

The glue is great for anything that does not involve water. I bought it to security my rock work and frag ad it did the jobs after fighting with it. Best used outside the tank and a few hour to kill. It is super fast at bonding to skin and easy to peel off skin
  • Slow Setting But Good By on 2/8/2017

I think it's called Jurassic Gel because by the time it dries you'll be a fossil. Once it does dry it's nice and strong. Definitely grab the accelerator if you are impatient like me. Big tube is a good size as well.

Pretty happy with this stuff. It dries nice and slow without an accelerator but it does dry.and bond well.
  • Jurassic Gel & Insta-Set prefect together By on 10/28/2016

I purchased 400g of Jurassic glue and 4 oz of Insta-set accelerator to do some aquascaping for my new 120g aquarium. Wow, the Fuji live dry rock bonded in seconds the first phase of my aquascaping is nearly complete. Took hours to figure out how I wanted the aquascape to look and mere seconds to bond. I have limited experience with this product, but seems as if bonding corals to frag plugs or wet live rock should be an issue either in or out of the tank. Very happy with both products!
  • Great Product By on 1/27/2016

I just used this when re doing my tank with Walt smith 2.1 rock. I created two large towers with one of the towers having a nice arch coming out of it. Make sure you buy the accelerator as well though, it really makes a difference.

I used fiberglass rods too on the arch just to be safe and it held really well.
  • Ok product By on 1/17/2016

I used this glue when putting together a 190 gal tank with dried pukani, worked great for aquascaping while rocks are dry, I tried using it to glue some frags onto rocks after tank was up and running, no go, not very good underwater, I tried several times just souldn't get a bond to rocks no matter what I tried.
  • Well Worth it By on 11/18/2015

I was having an issue with aquascaping some dry rock. I was using the 2 part putty and I could not get it to stay the way I wanted. so, I ordered the Jurassic glue since I knew I needed a lot. This glue was great it bonded my rock work together quickly and with a very strong bond. Tip for any users if you add a very small amount of baking soda the glue is rock hard and solid in under a minute..... happy reefing
  • works great By on 5/15/2015

I used this to setup a new tank with 200 lbs of dry rock. It works like thick super glue. I used it while the rock was dry to lock it in place.
  • best for aquascaping By on 1/11/2014
