Just moved to a new apt. Previous apartment had 35-38 PSI at best and would take 2.5 hrs to make 5 gal of RODI through my 75GPD. New place has an average 25 PSI and took over 24 hrs to produce about 35 gal. Finally decided to pull the trigger and pick up the pump and so glad I am as the new cycle will have me needing to make water more frequently. Pump is whisper quite, no joke you don't really notice even the slight hum it makes, weather sitting on the floor of the cabinet or mounted to the stand…. and best part is it boosted right up to 100 PSI! Had to dial it down to 80 PSI to be safe. Constant reliable pressure shredding fill times and a lot less waste water down the drain. Bought it with a float and PSW switch-- which I felt the factory setting of 40 PSI was too high so I dialed it all the way down (I think I read it goes down to 20 PSI?).
Summary; Stop putting it off and get it already. I tortured myself for 2.5 years!

I never understood why people would buy a booster pump until my city decided to lower the water pressure to just above 40 PSI to conserve water. After buyig the 75 gph premium RO/DO unit and this pump I can fill one of my old salt containers in just over an hour. The old Kent HI-S system would take many hours and I would forget to check on it and have water everywhere.
