  • Easy to install with the video and good quality! By on 8/26/2016

The included instructions were a bit tricky to understand, thankfully BRS has a great video showing how to do it. In about 15 minutes I was able to complete the task and my pump is running like new. I don't know if my old parts were damaged or just needed cleaning out, so my advice is you might want to try soaking your old internal parts in vinegar and rinsing with water to see if that solves your problem before purchasing the replacement parts. I only had my pump running about 1 year with no filter. When I ordered the parts I also ordered the filter accessory, I guess it's a small price to pay to make sure my overflow will always have a good siphon, the only catch is it's another filter to replace/clean..

  • Works just like new By on 5/21/2015

Changed out the leaky ones for a new set in about 15 minutes and pump was back to work as brand new. Bought a couple of them actually to keep on hand for future repairs if they are ever needed.
  • nice design By on 1/25/2014

It nice to see that the manufactures of this inexpensive pump still designed it to be serviced. Well done. I have more respect for this little pump now. Replacement works great!
  • A must have in your tool kit. By on 8/19/2013

I keep at least one diaphragm on hand along with a back up Aqua Lifter.
I change them out about every 6 to 8 months and they never fail to work.
Make sure to use the filter for the pump its worth every penny..
  • Easier than Cleaning By on 7/31/2013

While you can pull the diaphragm apart from the check valve assembly and clean it out, it is a huge pain in the butt. For $2.50, it is much easier to just pull the entire assembly out and replace it. There are only a few screws to take out and this simply pops right in to either side of the pump.
  • great not to throw a pump away By on 1/7/2013

My pump started to slow down quite a bit then stopped pumping water all together. I opened it up and attempted to clean it out but that didn't do much. I ordered one of these and the pump is brand new again. couldn't hurt to do this once every year or so.
  • NIce to fix and not replace By on 11/22/2012

Super easy to replace. Sure is nice to have a repairable product.
