Simply place the puck in your sump and allow the pods to move in and multiply. If desired, you can place food in the center hole to expedite the process. When ready, place your thumb over the puck's center hold and move it into your display tank. Use a baster to push water into the puck's center hole to expel its inhabitants into your tank to feed your fish.
