1st one died in a month, second one died in 4 months By bryce on 3/6/2019bryce wouldn't recommend this product to a friendI bought 3 of these for my 350 g tank. The first one died within a month. I had to send it back for a replacement. The replacement is still working. Now 4 months later, a second ballast is now dying. It will only run my 400w halide on 250w, within turning to 400w it turns off within 1 minute. Now have to deal with them again, waiting 2 weeks to get a replacement ballast. Now... how long until the 3rd ballast dies?
Dying after 2 months By chad on 11/26/2018chad wouldn't recommend this product to a friendWould not recommend this ballast. Mine is tripping its internal breaker randomly for no reason after two months. This is happening regardless of load on the circuit that it's plugged into. Coralvue support is trying to get me to send it in for repair leaving me with no ballast during this time...
