Not good. Review by JDP
Would you recommend ? Value Performance This worked great when it worked. I had it on there around 1 month securely mounted. I only do 3-5gallons at a time, but to my dissapointment it just stopped working. I thought I was doing myself a favor purchasing the oil filled one. Since then it has just become an ornament to my rodi system until I feel like spending more $$. (Posted on 3/25/12)

A Definite Must Have Review by Michael
Value Performance Would you recommend ? My RO/DI system didn't have a pressure gauge and I was pretty sure my water pressure was too low so I ordered the gauge, installed in 20 seconds and sure enough I only had 40 psi going in. Great buy and simple to install. Well worth the $$ spent. (Posted on 2/28/12)

works well Review by stephnjeph
Value Performance Would you recommend ? The first one I had ordered slowly leaked oil, I ordered another and that one worked fine. Easy to read. (Posted on 2/22/12)

A Must Have Review by Brandon
Performance Would you recommend ? Value When I bought my RO/DI unit it did not come with this. But I bought it anyway after realizing that my water pressure might not be sufficient. Install took less than 30 seconds and I quickly found out i did have adequate pressure. Also dubs as a way to gauge your filter cleanliness. (Posted on 2/7/12)

who knew Review by Michael
Performance Would you recommend ? Value Just installed one of these on an RO system I've been running for a few years, but switched form a 35gpd to one of brs's 75gpd. I had no idea my city water was so high pressure. The guage has been maxed out, now I know I need a pressure regulator before I blow some of the plumbing. The good news is I seem to be getting more like 120gpd thats to the high pressure! (Posted on 2/6/12)

A must for any RO system...period. Review by Tony
Performance Would you recommend ? Value The efficiency of a RO system is directly correlated to the flow going through the membrane. If you don't know that, then how do you know how efficient it is running? You may get 0 TDS off you meter, but you still may not be maximizing your GPD output. Once you establish your input flow at the membrane you will have a good indicator of your prefilter's(sediment and carbon block) performance. Sometimes your sediment filter will start to clog without the visual confirmation and this helps by the drop in pressure across the gauge.
Secondly, the glycerin unit is really the way to go if you want to have a consistent/accurate reading without the needle jumping/sticking syndrome. (Posted on 2/1/12) -
Should also purchase this with any RO/DI system. Review by Bob
Performance Would you recommend ? Value This is almost a must on any RO/DI system. I found post the RO gauge was showing swings to lower pressure causing me to think that the carbon filters were in need of changing. I after checking further I found the city water pressure was shifting around causing the pressure changes. I would have needlessly changed out the carbon filters without a guage installed on the supply line to the RO unit. Also ordering the supply pump to build and maintain supply pressure and I wont have to be relying on the city to give me constant pressure, can't rely on them for much of anything out here except the bill showing up!!!!! great peice of equipment Review by jbonez
