ReeFlo was started in 2000 to bring the benefits of commercial duty pumps to the aquarium consumer. Commercial duty means energy efficiency, quiet operation and maximum durability. There are so few problems with these pumps that ReeFlo will replace your pump if you encounter a warrantied problem! These pumps use Baldor and A.O. Smith electrical motors. All are Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) Motors. These motors are more expensive than the magnetic drive and open vented motors used by competitors. TEFC motors ensure efficient and cool operation.
