BRS SWEEPSTAKES GUIDELINES & RULES:

*One entry per person

*Eligibility week as defined for this contest will begin Wednesday at 12am CST and end Tuesday at 11:59 pm CST. 

*Winners will be drawn every Wednesday at 1pm. Winners will be notified immediately and announced via email 14 days later.

*Bulk Reef Supply reserves the right to remove any entrees we deem violates the terms and conditions found below.

Terms and Conditions (the fine print):

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
THIS CONTEST IS ONLY VALID IN THE CONTINENTAL USA
 

1. HOW TO ENTER:
·    Weekly Prize: Bulk Reef Supply will randomly select one (1) person who follows all steps of the entry requirements successfully. The only requirement for entry is completely filling out the form above and agreeing to receive a weekly email notification of the winners. You will be included in each weeks sweepstakes until you notify us of your desire to be excluded by unsubscribing from the winner notifications. 
·    Weekly Order Refund: Bulk Reef Supply will randomly refund one (1) customers order who follows all steps of the entry requirements successfully. The first requirement for entry is completely filling out the form above. Second you need to have placed an order in the previous week or sent in a request to be included in the sweepstakes via post card. The winning customer who placed an order in the previous week will have their entire order including shipping refunded. Entries submitted via post card will receive credit with our store equivalent to the average of the last 4 order refund winners.  No purchase is necessary to enter. If you have not placed an order with us that week and would like to enter you may send in a post card with your name, address, phone number, email address and week you would like to enter the sweepstakes. You may only submit requests up to two weeks in advance of a sweepstakes. Only one request per household per week. Please send requests to: BRS Prize entry, 672 Mendelssohn ave north, 55427, Golden Valley, MN.

The winner will be notified via e-mail. If the winner does not respond to notification within 5 business days, the next eligible winner will be awarded the prize. If you are selected and meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein, the prize will be delivered to the name and address that you provide upon notification with your entry within 30 business days.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Only one entry per user. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and be a legal resident of  the United States. Contest is not open to any individual if they or their parent, or sibling, or any member of their household is an employee, officer or director of Bulk Reef Supply. Contest is not open to any individual or business who has a wholesale acount with Bulk Reef Supply.

3. PRIVACY: No entrant’s information will be shared with any 3rd party for use outside of this contest. Email address will only be used to send out weekly winner notifications and to contact winners. Phone number will only be used if we are unable to contact winners via email. The Entrant agrees to the usage until otherwise notifies Bulk Reef Supply by unsubscribing from the contest. You will be  unsubscribed from the contest by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every winner notification email.

4. WINNERS/PRIZE:
·    Weekly Prize: (1) prize, consisting of one (1) item with a minimum retail value of $100, will be awarded for each weekly sweepstakes.
·    Weekly Order Refund: Each week we will refund one random customers order. There is no maximum on the dollar value of the order refunded. Shipping will be included in the refund Post card winner will be awarded a credit equal to the average of the last 4 order refund winners. If possible the refund will come in the form of a refund to the customer’s credit card. If that is not possible we will issue a check.
·    Bulk Reef Supply requires all winners to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.  All expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, are each winner’s sole responsibility.
 

Prizes for both will be awarded within 30 days of receiving customer’s affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity.

6. DISCLAIMER/OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Except where prohibited by law, entry into the sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s agreement to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Bulk Reef Supply and consent to use and/or publish entrant’s name and prizes won in promotional and marketing materials without additional compensation, which may require, without limitation, disclosure of such information in print, television, radio, cable and/or Internet broadcast. Winners are required to sign, have signed and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within five (5) days of receipt of such document(s) or Prize will be forfeited. If this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including, because of any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond Bulk Reef Supply’s control which corrupts or threatens to corrupt or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Bulk Reef Supply reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this sweepstakes and Bulk Reef Supply can perform the random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, suspension or modification of the sweepstakes.

7. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants and winners agree to release Bulk Reef Supply and their respective companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, and directors from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with entry into the Contest or the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use any Prize. Bulk Reef Supply does not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any Prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Bulk Reef Supply is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind.  Bulk Reef Supply can modify these official rules in any way or at any time, as long as they give reasonable notice.
